Stuart Collinson
As a qualified Building Surveyor Stuart Collinson has had extensive experience in building permits and inspections for all types of building projects. He has completed further studies in fire technology and has been the building surveyor for numerous multi-storey apartment buildings

Russell Fogarty
Russell Fogarty commenced business in 1995 after being a trail blazer in commercializing local governement operations. He has been a building surveyor for over 20 years and his vast experience varies from smaller residential projects through to major commercial projects throughout Victoria and interstate.
Personal note about Russell:
Russell's passion for the Sydney Swans has led him to the tattoo parlour for the premierships won in 2005 and 2012.
Ross Laws
Ross Laws is a qualified Building Surveyor and has completed additional studies in building project management. He has extensive management experience in local government building control and town planning as well as lecturing in building legislation at Swinburne University.

Brendan O’Connor
Since commencing work at CFL in 2011 after completing his Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying, Brendan has become a registered building practitioner in the category of Building Inspector – Unlimited. At CFL he is the Assistant Building Surveyor to the Directors and day to day you will find him liaising with clients, stakeholders and reporting authorities as required to ensure the building permit application process is completed as professionally and efficiently as possible.
Personal note about Brendan:
On the weekend, Brendan may be down the beach or having a kick of local footy. Around the office he is often mistaken for one of the Von Trapp children.
