Brendan O'Connor
Brendan has over a decade of experience as a registered building practitioner in the categories of Building Inspector and Building Surveyor. Brendan prides himself on his communication, availability, responsiveness and efficiency, and believes that each individual project should be assessed on its own merits from a performance based perspective. At CFL you will find him liaising with clients, stakeholders and reporting authorities as required to ensure the building permit application process is completed as professionally and efficiently as possible.
Personal note about Brendan:
Brendan has a keen interest in running, and enjoys heading to the beach with family. When he has the time, he will burden himself by watching North Melbourne try to be a reasonable football team in the AFL (with no success).
